If you’re not able to book a session with me just yet, here are some ways you can get started on doing the work right now.

A map and compass, imagery used to convey how Luke sees Values when it comes to his style of mental health coaching.

Values are the things in life that are important to us. Just like a compass and a map, they help guide us to where it is we need to go.

VALUES

Inherent Values

The first worksheet in the Values series. It helps you figure out the things that you value on their own, independent of what the outcome is. (I highly recommend starting with this one)

Core Values

Worksheet #2 in the series. You’ll group values together, check to see how your actions have been aligned with them and then plan out additional actions to increase your alignment.

Values Alignment Check

Worksheet #3 in the series, for you to use regularly to keep track of how aligned your actions have been with your values.

Illustration of six people displaying various emotions, with speech bubbles indicating feelings such as happiness, love, sadness, anger, and neutrality.

Emotions are a crucial source of information that help us to make decisions. The more in tune we are with them, the better decisions we can make.

EMOTIONS

Connecting with Emotions

This worksheet will help you to identify your emotions and pair them with actions, thoughts and sensations. (start with this if you find it hard to figure out how you are feeling)

Processing Emotions

This worksheet gives you a structured set of questions to process your emotions with, so you can increase your agency and make better decisions.

Parenting Yourself

This worksheet helps you externalize your emotions and so you can address them appropriately and find the path forward.

An image depicting someone's identity, an important concept for clients to understand to be able to make the progress they want to in coaching.

IDENTITY

Our identity is the way we see ourself. It impacts how we perceive the world, what emotions we feel and what actions feel possible.

The Hero and the Villain

This worksheet explores the positive and negative identities you have, how they affect you and what changes you could make to them.

You and Your Parents

This worksheet looks at your relationship with your parents/caregivers growing up, what impact those relationships had on your sense of identity and what changes you’d like to make.
