Here’s what past coaching clients of mine have experienced.

Beneath these stories of success are the 3 core tenets of my coaching approach

I never tell my clients what they should do. That’s not my role. I believe that the answers you need are within you and it’s my job to help you discover them. Your connection with your intuition is vital, and we’ll work together to strengthen it so that you leave coaching feeling confident in your ability to deal with whatever else might show up in your life.

On this journey to discover your own answers, you’ll find that….

The answers are within you.

Often we go through life trying to dodge discomfort. We order delivery instead of cooking to avoid the annoyance of doing dishes. We scroll on phones to drown out our boredom. We watch porn to mute the loneliness that we feel.

At the core of my coaching philosophy, is the idea that we need to embrace and sit with discomfort in order to learn and develop. The longer we continue to try to dodge discomfort, the longer we stay stuck in our unhelpful cycles.

However, while sitting with discomfort is necessary, I also believe that…

Sitting with discomfort is necessary.

When people think of therapy, counselling, or coaching, they often imagine something dry, unpleasant, or even pointless. My take? If working with me feels like that, I’m not doing my job properly.

Sure, there’ll be hard moments — growth always brings up emotions like shame, disappointment or self-doubt that we’ll need to sit with together. But on the whole, coaching should feel energizing, meaningful and even enjoyable at times.

Finally, if you genuinely don’t feel supported within the first 4 sessions, you can request a refund for the money spent.

I don’t want financial risk to get in the way of you living a better life.

Coaching should be enjoyable.

So why not give it a shot?
